Gregory M. McCarty joined The Kindley Firm, APC in 2008. His current practice areas include personal injury and elder abuse litigation.
While associated with The Kindley Firm, APC, Mr. McCarty has worked to resolve numerous personal injury matters including, without limitation, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, construction accidents, and nursing home abuse/neglect. Mr. McCarty’s goal is to help each client receive the justice that he/she deserves for their pain, suffering and damages. He prides himself on paying attention to the needs of each individual client and communicating with them to ensure they are a part of the process.
Prior to joining The Kindley Firm, APC, Mr. McCarty attended San Diego State University where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in History. Mr. McCarty then earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law.
Mr. McCarty is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, and is a member of the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. McCarty enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, playing softball, listening to/playing music, and attending Padres’ games.
